Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Original artwork may require additional preparation to ensure it is packaged securely.

Shipping
Orders are shipped with tracking as soon as it's available. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated/displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping
Orders of $25 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. Original artwork also ships free within the U.S.

Delivery Estimates
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays.

Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error before your order ships, contact Yolie's Studio as soon as possible.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for damaged shipments or contact Yolie's Studio for help with a package that appears to be lost.
